By accessing or using Fully Send It ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fully Send It is a peer-to-peer (P2P) file transfer service. Files are transmitted directly between users' browsers using WebRTC technology. We do not store, access, or retain any files transferred through the Service.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content you transfer using the Service.
• You must not use the Service to transfer illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• You must not use the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service's infrastructure.

4. No Storage of Files

The Service acts solely as a signaling relay to establish direct connections between peers. No file data is transmitted to or stored on our servers at any time.

5. IP Address Disclosure

By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that your IP address and port information will be visible to the peer you are directly connected with. This is an inherent technical requirement of WebRTC peer-to-peer connections and is displayed openly in the room's "Connection Details" panel. Do not use this Service if you wish to keep your IP address private from the other party.

6. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without any guarantees of uptime or availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fully Send It and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
